Private Labeling Orders: These products require a 2-3 month lead time for customization, including formulation, packaging, and quality checks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
In-Stock Items: Products that are available in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Seasonal & Custom Orders: For products subject to seasonality or special requirements, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to provide an estimated delivery time and necessary updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. You will be notified of the total shipping charges during the checkout process.
Shipping Methods
We offer a range of shipping options, including air and ocean freight for international orders.
Domestic orders within Sri Lanka are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. International deliveries usually take 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Clearances
Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be settled by the customer upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.

Delivery Times

Private Labeling Orders: These orders are expected to be delivered within 2-3 months once production and packaging are complete.

Exchange & Returns Policy
Product Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. The products must be unused and unopened. For private-label and custom orders, exchanges may only be possible in the case of manufacturing defects.
Return Process

Refunds
