Known for its complex yet subtle flavor profile, Oolong is a class of tea of its own as it is neither a black tea or a green tea. Grown in our organic tea gardens at elevations of 5500msl, it retains the classic sweet easy drinking nature characteristic to Uva teas, but the unique withering and oxidizing process gives it deep, almost smoky notes.
